We are looking for a Junior Process Officer/Process Officer to join the Team responsible for Customer Onboarding. This is an opportunity for you to develop your knowledge about banking from back office perspective and to join international corporate environment.

You’ll join Cash Management Operations Finland Onboarding, where we are enabling Nordea’s customers to use our services.
What you’ll be doing:
- Onboarding corporate customers to electronic banking systems
- Creating and sending agreements
- Contacting stakeholders in Finland to clarify issues and solve problems
- Processing New, Change and Termination of services

Your profile and background:
- English level at least B2
- MS Office knowledge
- Analytical thinking
- Able to work well in fast passed environment
- Quick learner, eager to gain new knowledge
- Looking for improvements
- Economic/banking/administrative educational background would be an asset
- Backoffice/corporate experience would be an asset
