Your responsibilities:
  • Taking part in financial systems (mainly D365) implementations in the entities within the Group.
  • Leading continuous improvement projects and processes standardization across the Group.
  • Process analysis, including as-is state and to-be design (enhanced with process maps and procedures).
  • Sharing best practice for finance process setup across the organization.
  • Change management, including stakeholder engagement and training for users.
  • Working closely with Group Reporting and Consolidation Manager and Group Controller, Financial Systems teams and local accountants within divisions.
  • Maintaining the finance KPIs dashboards.
Our requirements:
  • Finance/ accounting background.
  • Financial process knowledge, process mapping experience and subject matter expertise.
  • Understanding of accounting systems, experience in accounting systems implementations.
  • Process improvement oriented, experience in accounting processes simplifications and standardization.
  • Accurate, critical & organized, keen eye for details, able to meet tight deadlines.
  • Good analytical skills and ability to summarize.
  • Very strong communication skills, both verbally & in writing.
  • Open minded, flexible and proactive.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English, German would be a plus.
  • Project management skills, JIRA tool knowledge is a plus.
  • Change management experience would be a plus.
  • Willing to travel (up to 10%).
