Globetek for its Client, an international EPC company from the oil&gas sector, is currently looking for the right candidate for the position of:
Estimating Specialist
Miejsce pracy: Warszawa
Responsibilities:
- Preparing various types of estimates for proposals with different levels of accuracy as well as initiating estimates for project execution,
- Preparing proper backup documentation through Basis of estimate reflecting all content required for defending proposal content and providing all necessary information to future execution Team,
- Setting of benchmarks to support content,
- Challenging any inputs such as quantities and cost information compared to a reference,
- Analysing and eliminating gaps or potential double dips,
- Supporting Proposal Manager in proposal / estimating strategy,
- Collecting measurable reference data to support further estimating exercises.
Requirements:
- Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering, Process or Construction required,
- 8 years of experience in a similar position,
- Fluent English and Polish,
- Ability to work under time pressure,
- Analytical skills,
- Interest in working cross-functional with interfaces towards almost all other Teams,
- Ability to work with numbers and to understand the content behind,
- Communication skills,
- Team-driven mindset.
