Accenture Operations provides business process services for specific functions, including finance and accounting; procurement and supply chain; and marketing & sales. We operate business processes with a combination of talent and data, artificial intelligence, analytics and digital technologies, helping clients to improve their productivity, customer experience and performance.
- Contacting clients regarding overdue accounts and determine reasons for non-payment; identifying the cause and analyzing of overdue receivables
- Collecting past due items on assigned accounts through proper use of correspondence, phone calls, emails
- Responding to all customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner to include questions regarding credit holds, collection/past due issues and account reconciliation.
- Monitoring exisitng Customers and Portfolio Credit Risk; establishing formal credit limits and other guidelines internally
- Taking care of Cash Application processes
- Cooperating closely with other departments such as Sales, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Master Data.
- Fluent Italian and very good English (at least B2 level)
- Working experience in BPO environment with other EMEA regions would be an advantage
- Attention to detail and great organization & communication skills
- Strong Excel skills and other Microsoft Office tools
- Using foreign language and new technology solutions daily, cooperating with various global Clients.
