Business Analyst

• understand, detail, analyse, and properly document the use cases/processes submitted by the stakeholders
• facilitate the decisions to select the solution and the teams to get involved
• follow-up with the development teams the construction of the final solution, testing, and delivery
  facilitate and support system and user acceptance testing

• at least 3-years’ experience in Business Analyst role
• very good knowledge regarding Business Analysis (areas & techniques)
• proficiency in English (written and spoken)
• knowledge of tools/techniques to gather requirements and process analysis, ability to document business processes (UML, BPMN)
• curiosity and analytical thinking, ability to ask the right questions, to challenge requirements and business processes
• practical understanding of Agile/Scrum
