Accounts Payable Trainee with English and German/Czech/French/Italian/Spanish

Accounts Payable Trainee with English and German/Czech/French/Italian/Spanish
Workplace: Warszawa, ul. Marynarska 15
In this role, a typical day will include:
  • Working closely with other members of the AP team, collaboration with global teams;
  • Verifying data on incoming invoices;
  • Managing workflow of documents;
  • Direct contact with suppliers.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON:
  • Students’ status;
  • English language proficiency and a good command of one of the following languages: German, Czech, French, Italian, Spanish;
  • Positive attitude and ability to work in fast-paced project environment;
  • Focus on details;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Problem-solving ability.

  • START 07/2025;
  • Civil contract for 10 MONTHS (July - September: 40h/per week / on-site + October - April 26 : min. 20h/per week , max. 3 days a week / hybrid);
