Junior Internal Control Finance Specialist

• Perform internal control of accounting processes
• Participate in the design of new controls for migrated accounting processes,
• Participating in the development of internal controls for other units of the Metro Group
• Testing procedures prepared by operational teams
• Actively participating in the identification of risk points in processes and looking for improvements
• Preparing documentation for audits
• Working on team, company-wide and group-wide projects

We are inviting to this recruitment everyone who has:

• A degree in a relevant field (economics, accounting, etc.)
• A development orientation in one of the organization’s key areas
• Practical knowledge of MS Office
• Ability to think analytically
• Initiative and commitment as well as good communication skills
• A problem-solving and collaborative approach
• Good work organisation, self-reliance
• Very good knowledge of English
• Practical experience in accounting or internal control (not required)
