Welcome to the CMO Finland Int. Outgoing Payments team. We add value by delivering a top-class service for payment related products, with enthusiasm and great customer focus. As a Junior Process Officer, you’ll play a valuable role in ensuring that our customers payments will reach their beneficiaries on time and with highest quality.
What you’ll be doing:
- repair customer payments stopped in the system, due to insufficient or incorrect information
- cooperate with other teams inside Nordea to ensure sustainability of the processes
- producing changes to improve performance and quality of our services
- developing and updating documentation and procedures

Your experience and background:
- Intermediate English level, both spoken and written
- MS Office knowledge
- Problem-solving mindset and organizational skills
- Clear communication skills
- Banking knowledge or relevant experience will be an asset, but is not essential
