Welcome to the Safekeeping PL team. As Assistant Service Operations Officer/Service Operations Officer you’ll play a valuable role in tasks related to account administration, reports and building a positive relationship with our clients in Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden.
What you’ll be doing:
- Daily opening, changing and closing global and sub-custody safekeeping accounts
- Accounting data entry
- Answering Audit requests
- Creating or updating work instructions
- Proposing and implementing improvement initiatives
- Taking part in various projects (relating processes or business areas)
- Representing the team across department and with stakeholders

Your experience and background:
- Able to use English language in an effective and communicative manner
- University degree (finance, economy) or equivalent in professional experience
