Welcome to the Compliance Governance Enhancement Framework Programme in Group Risk & Compliance. The purpose of the programme is to undertake a full review and revamp of our Compliance governance framework in order to ensure that Nordea complies with all the relevant rules, regulations and guidelines in the countries and jurisdictions we operate in. As PMO Specialist, you’ll play a valuable role in assisting the Programme Director set up and manage the programme office.
What you’ll be doing:
- Operating and Steering Committee pack preparation
- Budget forecasting and control
- Risk and issue management
- Reporting
- Maintaining the Action log
- Milestone tracking
You will join the Programme Office and have the opportunity to help shape the way that the programme is set up and run. The role is based in Poland.

- experience in project portfolio management and programme management
