About the job
To strengthen support for our farmer owners, we established our dedicated Members Administration team in Gdańsk over three years ago. As the team continues to grow, we’re looking for a proactive and structured professional who brings experience in managing projects and driving process improvements to join us.
In this role, you will ensure timely and accurate monthly payments to more than 8,000 farmers across seven European countries, while also leading and contributing to process improvements and global projects within our operations. Youll be part of a collaborative, international environment where continuous improvement and delivering value to our farmer owners are at the heart of everything we do.
- Lead and participate in cross-functional projects (e.g., system implementations, process improvements, automation, support relevant IT or migration projects).
- Prepare and execute milk settlements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to align processes and achieve project goals.
- Maintain master data, keep documentation and knowledge bases up to date.
- Provide quality, accurate, and timely support to farmers’ inquiries and maintain strong relationships and trust.

- 2–3 years of experience in project management
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work independently when needed
- Knowledge of process improvement or project management frameworks (e.g., Agile, Lean)
- Proficiency in English (min. B2) and excellent communication skills
- Strong Excel skills, analytical mindset; experience with Power BI or other analytics tools is a plus
- Experience working with master data, system integrations, or digital transformation initiatives is an advantage
- A relevant bachelor’s degree
- Danish, Swedish, German, Dutch or French language is nice to have
